My Head #01 for the Volks DWC competition, her theme is autumn ^^
I have also painted a Head #02 but she didn’t turn out as I expected, will redo later. 01’s MSC is peeling off for some reason even though 02 is fine and I painted/sprayed them at the same time. Have also bought white versions of both heads and hope to paint them later~

Another faceup finished, this time it’s Etoile~

I never liked Denis when he was first released, but over time I saw more custom girls and she slowly grew on me. I tried to give her a wintery faceup like Snowflake Denis, but somehow it ended up much warmer in colour. Oh well @_@

I think this wig colour which previously did not suit anyone at all suits her very well :3

Wow my last update was quite a while ago wasn’t it ^^;
I’ve been very busy the last few months, some of which involved visiting Brisbane briefly. The most surprising part of my trip was probably finding that a MOS Burger has opened there! I asked and they said they hope to come to Sydney too, I’m looking forward to that~

This is Peter who arrived a few weeks ago, he’s a Volks MSD Hewitt 3rd version. I bought him second hand but I think his hands have been changed because they are more yellow than the rest of him orz

I will need to buy a shorter wig and smaller eyes for him. The 16mms I have are a bit too big, and 14mms leave a gap on the side, so I guess I will need to buy some 16mms with smaller irises.

Momiji’s new faceup~
I think she looks much cuter like this but somehow she looks less like Papi now! What!

Looks like I’ve built up a pretty big backlog of faceups, so will be focusing on that in the coming weeks >.<

Redid Macha’s faceup~
First faceup of 2011 ^^!

Redid Arietta’s faceup, this time I’m much more happy with it. However the dark lip lines near the teeth are so difficult to paint neatly…in the end I gave up orz

Also redid Kakeru’s faceup, but it’s a little bit messy. It’s more difficult because I forgot the area where her lower eyelashes are isn’t flat like my other dolls ^^;

And this little boy is a Fdoll Glen, I won him at Animania this year. I also redid his faceup but he still doesn’t fit in with my dolls, so I’m going to donate him as a prize for next year’s Animania. Please enter the competitions if you are coming next year =)

I’m thinking of selling Macha since I won’t have enough by next month.
Who is Macha? She’s my Leeke Soda. I realised when taking this photo that it’s the first time taking photos of her since buying her in 2008. That was pretty surprising, time sure goes by fast. When I first bought her it took me a long time to do her faceup. I couldn’t get used to her for a long time because her eyes are uneven. Her left eye is bigger and droops more than her right eye. Then I bought a wig and outfit for her. But the wig flips up weirdly on one side and her outfit didn’t fit. So I never got around to taking any photos XD. But she’s still really cute, it’s not that I dislike her. But right now I want Hewitt more.

I’m thinking about pricing her at $400 since that was around what I paid. She was a limited edition. If anyone is interested please let me know. She is white skin and has a type 3 D body.
